This year over 120 turkeys for YellowBrick tenants!

Volunteers and managers of Yellow Brick Property gave out turkeys and cranberry sauce to 120 of their tenants in Springfield Saturday.

It's something the company does every year, but this year the number of families they served has doubled.

They try to keep the delivery date a surprise, making for some interesting reactions from their residents.

"Everything, from people almost picking me up and hugging me, to people just giving me a very puzzled look as we hand them a nice big frozen turkey," says Yellow Brick Property tenant relations manager Kevin Shippee.

Yellow Brick Property focuses on clean, affordable housing for low-income families.
