Do you accept Section 8 tenants?

--Absolutely! Not only will our homes meet or exceed all of the inspection requirements, we'll even assist you with the application process!

Do your buildings have lead certificates?

--Though lead certificates are only required for households with children under 6 years of age, we work closely with top lead inspectors from the area to provide safe environments for your children!

Is a security deposit needed?

Yes it is. We do understand in this economic time it can be difficult to come up with this amount of money at one time. We are happy to work out payment plans with all our tenants to cover their security deposit.

Do you accept pets?

We currently are not accepting pets in our apartment buildings
